In effort to scale Adcade’s business, myself and the executive management team decided it would make the most sense to transition the company from full service model, where we hand hold our clients’ creative needs, to a self service model, where our clients use our tools to build their ad creative. This was a very pivotal point in Adcade’s history, for this change in focus would force us to shut down several areas of our business to develop an intuitive easy to use platform for our clients. Additionally, not only would we have to build a self service platform from our existing technology but we would also have to build a complimentary SaaS (Software As A Solution) marketing model. 
 
Tasked with everything from Adcade's value prop design to it's go-to-market strategy, I began building a template that would help any SaaS company develop their inbound lead generation and marketing strategy.
